Job Description

• Plan and coordinate the annual performance management cycle, including KPI setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals, ensuring adherence to timelines and governance standards. • Facilitate performance calibration sessions to ensure fairness, consistency, and alignment of ratings across divisions. • Manage probation and confirmation processes, ensuring assessments are conducted, documented, and aligned with employment terms. • Coordinate promotion, upgrading, progression, and succession planning exercises in accordance with approved criteria and documentation requirements. • Develop, implement, and monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) for underperforming employees in collaboration with line managers. • Prepare performance reports, including trend analysis, score distribution, and divisional performance summaries for management review. • Analyse performance data to identify capability gaps and support workforce development initiatives. • Maintain and administer the performance management system, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and proper access control.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2–4 years of HR experience with proven exposure to Performance Management, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or HR Operations. • Strong understanding of performance management frameworks, KPI development, performance appraisal processes, calibration exercises, and succession planning practices. • Experience coordinating annual performance review cycles. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
