• Token-based authentication (JWT) with automatic session expiry
• Rate limiting and brute-force protection on login and registration endpoints
• Access controls restricting document viewing to authorized HR personnel only
• HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted within our infrastructure. We retain applicant data for a reasonable period following the conclusion of a recruitment exercise, as required for compliance and audit purposes.

Our Portal uses minimal browser storage mechanisms strictly for essential functionality. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, social media tracking pixels, or cross-site analytics cookies.

We also use Google reCAPTCHA on registration and login forms to protect against automated abuse. Google's reCAPTCHA may set cookies as part of its bot-detection process. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details on their data practices.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data may only be shared in the following limited circumstances:

• Internal HR Systems: Your application data may be referenced by our internal recruitment management system for hiring workflow purposes.
